Contact workshop where we'll learn how to endlessly wrap the hoop around the body in all possible ways and create unique combos. All we know some wraps, right? But I promise, I'll open up whole new dimension what to do with your shoulder wraps, belly wraps with my unique combinations like hip hinges, continuous shoulder wraps and shoulder folds.
Prerequisite: understanding basic technique of wraps (belly and shoulder wrap)
