Basic  information

I have been creating hula hoop tutorials for tricks and unique flow combos for years. Right now you have a unique opportunity to get access to everything I created so far. It means you can get continuous guidance for a very reasonable price. Whether you are just starting out with hoop dance and want to know the basics, or you are advanced and need to spice up your flow a little, our tutorial videos are just right for you.

How to start?

1. Select above what you are interested in.

Online course for beginners: a comprehensive course that contains 9 lessons, where I will teach you the complete basics of hoop dance in less than 3 hours.

Beginner : All tutorials for beginners. Choose this one, if you want to learn the basics, such as spinning at the waist, the first effective tricks (escalators, isolation, chest rolls, mandala...) and the first sequences that will allow you to dance with a hoop. If you don't want to buy the whole course, you can buy the videos individually here.

Advanced : Tutorials for the intermediate/advanced hoopers. Suitable for you, if you already know how to spin at the waist and basic tricks such as isolation, escalators, rolls, waves, spins... You want to spice up your flow with new tricks and unusual combinations.

2. Select a video

Choose a video from the selected level that you like and want to learn. For each video, you can also play a 20s preview that contains a summary of the lesson.

3. Purchase

You can buy the video by clicking on the dollar symbol and pay it classically through the secured payment gateway. You simply create an account from which you can access purchased videos.
