ZOOM Classes
We regularly organize online workshops for beginners and advanced. All courses include recapitulation video, which you will receive 1-2 days after the course (even if you can't attend live). The workshops are held on ZOOM.
Workshops labeled "VIDEO" are recap videos of workshops that have already happened. This is a full workshop. The video workshops last about an hour and are taught step-by-step in follow along form. This is not a shortened version! You don't have to stop the video. You can think of it as a classic class, you'll just see me on the screen :-). You can find more in the description of each workshop.

I loved the rolls, but discovered that my chest roll is still not 💯 reliable (I know! It was a pre-requisite!!) but even so I took away a lot from your workshop; some concentrated drilling and I will be able to take away some more.

Thank you very much for the recording. Unfortunately, I was unable to participate in the live broadcast. I'm still not very good with the hoop and I've been thinking about online lessons for a long time. This is a unique opportunity for me to try out how it could work.
