Slightly lighter and faster than a standard beginner hoop, while still very controllable. Great for hand tricks and off-body hooping.
Recommended if you already own a beginner hoop and want to level up.
A popular choice is 20 mm polypro with an 85 cm / 33.5 inch diameter—still comfortable for waist hooping and hand work.
Includes one click connector, allowing the hoop to coil to half its size.


• Polypro 16 mm
Ultra-light and ultra-fast. Perfect for double hooping and advanced off-body tricks.
Not recommended for long waist hooping—it’s simply too fast.
We recommend a 75 cm / 29.5 inch diameter for doubles, but it’s also amazing for fast, smooth single-hoop flow. (My personal favorite diameter.)
