- Momma Hoop is a classic beginner dance hoop, suitable for adults.  It still belongs to the category of heavier hoops for beginners. This means that the higher weight of the hoop will help you keep the hoop on your waist and gradually learn all the tricks. It is excellent for spinning the body and mastering the basic tricks of hoop dance. The diameter of the tube is 20mm. You can choose between the dimensions of 100 cm (suitable for those who rather want to shoot only on the waist and have not done much activity so far)  and 90cm (suitable for sports individuals who are not afraid of a little faster hoops and want to learn other tricks).
- The baby hoop is  suitable for children aged 3 to 10 years. You can buy the circle for a child of any age, but I recommend it for children from about 3 years of age. The hoop will be heavier than a toy hoop, but it is equipped with anti-slip tape to prevent it from slipping. For children 3-7 years I recommend a size of 60cm, 7-10 years then a size of 70cm.
