Immerse yourself in a calm, expressive silk fan sequence focused on turns, direction changes, and body levels. This slow-paced class is designed to be relaxing and meditative, allowing you to fully connect with your movement and flow.

We will begin with a gentle warm-up and, in the first 15 minutes, cover the basics – how to open your fans and hold them correctly. Then we’ll explore a variety of creative techniques, including different types of turns, transitions, and expressive elements suitable for all levels.

Throughout the class, we will work with both open and closed fans, focusing on fluidity, control, and expression. The sequence we build together will emphasize changes in direction, turns, and level variations in the body, creating a visually rich and expressive flow.

At the end of the class, we will connect all the elements into one smooth, cohesive sequence.
